1. Agreement

By accessing or using DonnaOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by BAL Analytics LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DonnaOS is an AI-powered performance platform that provides personalized training programming, nutrition tracking, and assessment-based profiling. The AI engine uses Bayesian inference and Thompson sampling to adapt programming based on your logged performance data.

3. Not Medical Advice

The Service is a training and nutrition tool, not a medical service. DonnaOS does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or recommend pharmaceutical protocols of any kind. The Service does not advise on the use, dosage, or cycling of any controlled substance.

If you choose to disclose your enhancement status, the Service uses this information solely to adjust training variables (volume, recovery, deload frequency). This is not an endorsement or recommendation of any substance.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, making dietary changes, or making decisions about pharmaceutical use.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information current.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the AI engine.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions.
  • Share or redistribute AI-generated training plans or proprietary algorithms.

7. Intellectual Property

The DonnaOS AI engine, algorithms, training plan generation logic, assessment systems, and all associated code are the exclusive intellectual property of BAL Analytics LLC. This includes but is not limited to: Bayesian inference models, Thompson sampling implementations, volume calibration systems, periodization algorithms, and technique selection logic.

Your training data belongs to you. You grant BAL Analytics LLC a limited license to use your data in aggregate (never individually identifiable) to improve the AI engine.

8. Beta Program

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime without notice. Beta access may be revoked at any time. Beta users may receive lifetime access to the final product at BAL Analytics LLC's discretion.

9. Assumption of Risk

Exercise carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from your use of training plans, exercise recommendations, or any other output of the Service. BAL Analytics LLC is not liable for any physical harm arising from the use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAL Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
